Internal customer care team take orders and answer queries from Monday-Sunday, inclusive of bank holidays from 9am-5pm.
Orders can be taken anytime from between 8am-8pm from Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm on a Sunday from external team (excludes Christmas Day).
